Been with phone savvy for almost 2 years now and they are brilliant, every time I have spoken to a customer service advisor they are always polite and are willing to help with any enquiry, I spoke with Alexander today and he is just one example of what customer service should look like - Helpful, kind, understanding and willing to go beyond to help customers. Also compared to standard phone line payments this is a lot cheaper and I can take the call whenever and wherever I want - the only thing I wish is that the monthly call limit was higher but that is the only downfall I would have, other than that it is worth getting so you can speak to your loved ones more often and give them the support they need during these hard time
